We really could use server side tracking of this information. We opened a case on July 7th to see if there was any way to know who or what is logging all the users out of Cloud every 15 minutes or so and they are still trying to determine from the perspective of the workstations.

The system tracking sessions must know why it decided to end a session and we know it didn't come from a log out button on the client side. If we could just log this then we would save months of troubleshooting efforts.
