Cannot see file path when opening "containing folder"

I am having an issue with the display of the containing folder for documents within Laserfiche. Sometimes when I right click on a document from a search, I can't see the folder structure and path that the document is nested in. I will add a screenshot when it does this again.

I don't know if this describes your situation, but it's possible to have security structured so that you can find a result from search results, but you don't have permission to see all of the folders along the way. In that case, I believe we do suppress the path, as that would reveal the names of restricted folders.

Hi Brian,

I don't think this is what's happening in my case as I am an admin, and I am able to navigate to the file manually if I can figure out where it is. It is also happening with all searches that I try to perform, but then it will suddenly work again for unknown reasons.
