Feature Request - Create Bulletin pop-up windows

It would be cool to be able to create a bulletin pop-up window for users to see when they log in to the Repository or Forms or Workflow for things like:

ALERT: The system will be unavailable on Monday from 9 am - 2 pm for maintenance, upgrade, etc.

or

ALERT:  There is a new training available at:  (website or whatever)

This might be of interest to you. It was discussed in a recent Laserfiche webinar about the Fall 2025 release. This is in reference to the LFDSSTS login page. Not exactly what you are asking for, but if you are forcing all of your users to log in using LFDS then it could serve the same purpose.

Custom "toast" notifications in self-hosted?  Great suggestion, Katy, we would definitely use this at multiple customer sites!
