change the display language of the scanning window to Arabic.

Hello Everyone ,,

 

I am using Laserfiche version 12 for document archiving.

When I select the scanner, the Laserfiche Web Scanning window (via Laserfiche Web Agent Tools) opens.

I would like to change the display language of the scanning window to Arabic.

Please note that:

  • The main Laserfiche system interface is already set to Arabic.

  • My browser language is also set to Arabic.

However, the scanning window still does not reflect the Arabic language, and I have not found a way to change it.

The web client is expected to pass its language options to Scanning on launch. Since your other post seem to indicate there's a proxy in the middle, you might want to check if parts of the URL get dropped by the proxy. 

I would suggest opening a case with Tech Support so we can take a closer look.
