Laserfiche Desktop Client - Autologin to LF Cloud

Hi All,

 

On self-hosted systems you can add some arguments to the LF client launcher shortcut such as -W -L"reponame" which will autologin to the repository named.

 

Are there equivalent arguments for LF Cloud when using the desktop client, or does it just not support this? This would be using SAML authentication.

 

Can't seem to find any documentation referencing this.

Hey Chris,

 

Would this work?   

This parameter provides a default Laserfiche Cloud account ID for signing in to a Laserfiche Cloud repository.

Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Client\LF.exe" -T123456789

Very close, that gets me as far as the SAML login.....

You might need to configure STS to auto-login to your SAML provider (or create a separate STS for this purpose if you prefer to leave your existing STS as is).  This post has some instructions that I believe are still current.

Is anyone from LF able to chime in on this one? Is this documented anywhere?
