Error when checking out Excel file – “The handle is invalid”

Hello community,

When I tried to check out an Excel file, I received the following error message: “The handle is invalid.”

I’ve attached the error details for reference.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a recommended fix or configuration adjustment that can resolve it?

Thanks for reporting it. Yes, we are aware of this class of issues. We are currently validating a fix. If no blockers, we'll release it next week. We'll announce it by updating Laserfiche Office Integration 11 KB: 1014488.
