Laserfiche Cloud - Public Portal is missing configured images error

asked on September 3

I have a Laserfiche Cloud Client that I am working with we are using a Business process as the Public Portal Welcome page so they could do some css customizations. I copied links from the Public Portal to the Forms process(welcome Page) however when a user uses the links the Public Portal configured images do not appear.  They are missing, I wasn't expecting that to happen. If I copy and paste the link from the html on the form the images load, however not when the users just click the link.

Link in Form HTML - https://portal.laserfiche.com/Portal/Browse.aspx?id=863&repo=r-1dfd15b0&preview=XUvIO7Z&ref=designer

Link in Public Portal - Past Meetings

They both have "preview" in them, which I think is what Portal uses when an administrator is making changes and wants to see what it will look like without saving it permanently. Those are meant to only work temporarily, so that would explain missing images.

These are the same link, but the first one seems to have the & HTML-encoded.

Great, so we both think they are the same, however one loads the original Laserfiche logo images, and the other loads my client's logo and background image. I replaced those images weeks ago.

Thank you, I did replace the links with the production links, not the preview and I haven't seen the issue since.
