Can't Enter Values in Fields When Loading a Saved Search

We have been doing testing in the LF 12 Windows Client and ran into an issue where if you load a Saved Search and have Field Search selected, after selecting a field(s) they do not appear to enter values.

If you click the Reset button and then add Field to the search it works correctly.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Bug 618309 has been filed.

Hi all,

This fix is included in the Fall 2025 release. You can update to version 12.0.2510.972 and try again.

Thanks Liping - that release has fixed it although saved searches have to be recreated.

Another minor bug though is when you click 'Load Search' you lose the ability to remove the search filter with the cross.

 

However if I go to customise search and untick and retick the field search, the cross appears.

We have the same problem: fields are selected for specific searches, but they are not displayed correctly. Field searches have failed continuously, and my users use this feature all the time.

I am attaching evidence showing that I have two fields selected, and they are not displayed correctly.

We have also seen this issue - assuming there's been no fix for this yet? smiley
