Theme not applying to additional action buttons

We created a custom theme with our agencies' branding colors and if you add additional button options to a form the theme is not being applied. Am I customizing the theme incorrectly? Or is this something that will need to be done manually with CSS? This specific form is using the Classic Designer, see attached screenshot.

The Classic Form Designer supports customizing only the default three action buttons within a custom theme. But if you only need the same style for the additional button, you can set the same Button CSS Class as one of them like this:
