In Forms I generally like to create 2 versions of reports for our processes: currently in progress and all. It seems the Duration column doesn't display anything for instances that are still in-progress. Am I missing something? Is there no way to see how long something has been opened besides doing some mental math?

Additionally, the Insights report has the option to remove weekends and holidays from the calculations (and off-hours?). Is there any way to remove these from the Duration calculation in custom report?
