Cloud - Why can't I change my workspace under rules and why can't workspaces see rules that are global

I created a rule as Global and I can not see it globally from all workspaces. Also the option to change my workspace is not there from the rules page so I can not create rules in my workspace.

Why can't I change my workspace under rules

You can't change your workspace from any page but the process automation landing page. We want to update the navigation so I'll make sure this case is covered

 

why can't workspaces see rules that are global

The global project is just like any other project and scopes its resources to just it. If you want to have resources in global and a project, you have to go into the project's settings (not global settings) and change its project resource access

Thank you! This answered both my questions as I wanted to be able to access global objects from isolated spaces as well. For some reason even if I change my workspace in the landing page it keeps flipping back to Global automatically.

Some pages flip back to global and only some times. We're trying to track that down and consistently reproduce it, but like I said we want to make the whole PA navigation experience better
