Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A01A8

Hello community,

We are encountering the following error when trying to open files in our Laserfiche repository: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A01A8

The issue occurs for different users when they attempt to check out or download files.

Has anyone else experienced this error, and is there a recommended fix or configuration adjustment to resolve it?

HRESULTs are cryptic... What's in the details?

Thanks for responding to my post. I haven’t been able to reproduce the error myself or get another employee to capture it on their machine, but I was able to obtain the message details. I’m attaching them here for reference.
