Hi all,

I have migrated a lot of processes from _Global to to a new Team/Project area that should be for limited access - which is great, but all users can still see them, because they all have the default Starting Form Privacy = 'Private -> Allow all registered users to start this process'.

I was hoping that by moving them to the Team that only has a few members, that other users (not in the BP Team) wouldn't be able to see them.

It seems that you still need to go into each process and set the Starting Privacy for each process.

FEATURE REQUEST - can there please be a Team and/or Project-wide setting such as: 'Limit Starting Form Privacy to only Team members: Yes/No'; or at least a 'Default' setting so that when BPs are created or migrated to that Team/Project that it inherits the Starting Form Privacy of that Team.
