Hi all,

I am on LF 12 On prem and trying to use this task in Workflow

I'm not having much luck but just wanted to check was this able to be used with Sharepoint Online sites?

Hi Shan,

Workflow supports SharePoint online since Workflow 12. Please use OAuth 2.0 authentication to connect to SharePoint Online. Please refer here to create Azure app for SharePoint Online in Microsoft Entra admin center and refer here to configure web service for SharePoint online in Workflow Admin Console.

Can I just confirm that this is also true for that "Create List Item" activity?

I will give that a try. Craig, thanks for the info about Boomi I'll give them a look as well.

Yes, the web service information Qinmei linked above is used in the 2 activities in your screenshot.

That activity is for an on premises installation of Sharepoint. I don't believe there is a way to connect LF self hosted and SharePoint online out of the box. You may be able to accomplish this with the Boomi IPAS product.
