Form submission copy not loading in Laserfiche 12

When a customer submits a form that has the option enabled to allow them to print or download a copy of their submission, all they see is "Loading Copy of Submission". I have tested two and both of them have been in this same status for over 10 minutes.

This usually implies that routing service was not running properly. Can you check the event log and see if there is any error?

Then you may want to check what is occupying the 8176 port, by running powershell script like Get-Process -Id (Get-NetTCPConnection -LocalPort 8176).OwningProcess

Stop process occupying the port and restart routing service after that.

Thank you for your reply. This error was resolved and replaced by another and another. We are now 19 days post upgrade and are still working with our solution provider and Laserfiche in an effort to resolve it.
