Couldn't find text or image

Worker states she uploaded all the documents with no errors back in 2024.  However when she went to pull the case a year later for court some of the documents had the error " Could not find text or image" on them.  How does this happen and how can I correct.

This seems like a high priority issue. I'd recommend opening a support cases for a quick resolution.

It sounds like the system is aware that the document has pages, but it can't find or open the file that is supposed to contain the data. There should be more detailed information about the problem in the event viewer on the Laserfiche server machine.
