Can't seem to figure this one out for some reason.

I have a LF Form with a dropdown menu in it with a list of names from our department. I want whoever submits the form to be able to route the task that it generates (which I've set up in the Business Process) to the particular person who was chosen from the drop-down menu. I've been struggling with this for some reason. Can't seem to figure out how to get the appropriate variables, how to organize my business process. Can anyone help point me in the right direction for getting this to work?

 

It's easy enough to assign it to the Team, but to make it conditional based on a field variable to assign to just one specific user, seems to be a tricky challenge for me. And the problem with assigning to a Team (which would be the most ideal) is that Cloud doesn't have Team Filters, so we're stuck manually assigning the tasks from the Team Task menu. Is there no way to auto-assign to someone within our team?
