How to avoid looping in the Insert Data rule in Laserfiche Cloud?

posted on August 13

Hi Everyone, I’m encountering an issue in Laserfiche Cloud Workflow.
I have a table in Laserfiche Forms with only 2 rows. When it goes through the workflow and passes the Insert Data rule, the first row is correct, but the second row gets duplicated (resulting in three rows in the Word template output).

How can I prevent this looping/duplication of the second row?
Is there a specific configuration in For Each Value or in Insert Data that can avoid this behavior?

Here's the structured workflow:

If your getting a Multivalued Token from a form  and  you use For Each Row activity then the address each item is  item#ForEachRow.Interation#    First member of token 0 the second is 1 as you loop through the interation increases by 1. You pull out each row eg. Address#3#   4th on loop

Hi Rafael, wondering why you are using a Parallel with a For Each Row on each side? Are the calling from different Tokens. Are they writing to the same table?
