A user is processing documents via Quickfileds. This is a LF Version 11 environment. The issue the user is facing is that the tiff image grows in size when in laserfiche for an example is a file that is 600KB on a drive but when in laserfiche it grows to 3.5MB. Quickfield comes in, in that what the user does is they upload the images directly to a lserfiche folder and Quickfields through a QF Agent processes the images and extracts some data that they use as index information then stores the image again as a larger files. However, when I export the 3.5MB laserfiche file back to a windows drive it shrinks back to 600KB. Can someone explain this?
