What is the ideal and reliable way to pull folders, documents, shortcuts from a Laserfiche repository at any point of time when using Laserfiche Cloud?

When you say "at any point of time", are you talking about past snapshots? Can you explain in more detail what problem you are trying to solve?

We are implementing a solution that will generate and maintain a complete list or spreadsheet of all distinct L-numbers in the repository. This process will be automated to allow generation of this data on demand.

Additionally, we need to capture and report the total file count, enabling accurate usage statistics now and in the future.
