Laserfiche Cloud Architecture Diagram

Hello team,

One of our clients is asking us to provide a diagram of the Laserfiche system architecture as part of the documentation to move forward with the purchase process. In this case, we're offering Laserfiche Cloud.

I was looking through the Sales Repository, but I didn't find any diagrams showing the architecture on which Laserfiche Cloud is built. Could you please help me share this architecture diagram?

I'd suggest contacting your sales rep directly. "Diagrams showing the architecture" could mean a lot of things, but It sounds to me like they are requesting sensitive information that would only be shared under NDA.

We have a relatively new high-level one that was approved for public distribution without an NDA. It shows the high-level architecture and lists the security and compliance features from the public Laserfiche Trust & Security page without getting into sensitive implementation details.

It's specifically intended to address this common scenario of customers/prospects needing some kind of architecture documentation as part of their procurement process.

@████████, when you reach out to your Laserfiche sales rep, please mention they should contact me for a copy to share if they don't have it yet. It's quite new and hasn't been fully distributed to all teams.

Thank you very much, Samuel. I've already discussed this with my sales rep so he can contact you so you can share this high-level diagram with us. It will be very valuable in these cases.
