Hi,
We have a Laserfiche 12 self-hosted setup.
We want to utilize our Participant licenses for our accounts. Our accounts are setup as Windows Accounts. If I try to log in to Forms using an Windows account with a Participant license installed, I get the error <username> is not a read/write named user.
Groups are setup in Active Directory, a group is setup in the Repository Groups menu and linked to the AD group.
Access Rights for form processes are set to Repo group.
When we tested switching over to STS, all our groups in Forms showed as invalid.
We tried creating a new group un the Groups menu in the LF Directory Server menu, this group synced ok.
We have 100+ groups, is there any way that we still use our existing groups would these need to be manually created in LFDS and each form process manually updated to grant access to the new group.
We tried the migration tool, this converted the Repository groups to LF Directory groups. We use the Repository groups for repository permissions so converting the groups isn't option.
Is there any way around this or is our only option to manually create the group, link it to the AD group and update the form process rights to include the new groups?
Thanks,
Steven
