Cant find newly created variables in Workflow

Hi Everyone, 

I have a Form with roughly 250-300+ variables. I have no problem using them in Laserfiche for usage however any new variables I am creating does not show up in the Retrieve Business Process Variables anymore. I am also using a Track Token Item before the consumption of that variable but the particular variables never shows up or any subsequently newly created variables. 

My form has grown quite a bit in nature. I want to ask if there is a limit on the number of variables being read in Workflow or is it something I am missing out on?

New variables do not automatically show up in the Retrieve Business Process Variables activity. You must first click the refresh button next to the process name.

Sorry for the late reply, but I did already attempt that and the new fields did not show up! I dont know what and how can I fix this?

The refresh button updates the list of available fields, not the selected fields for which values are retrieved. You need to also select the fields from the list. My apologies; I thought this step was implied.

They dont show up on the list. After the refresh is done, the newely created variables after I have done the refresh and clicking on the select variables dialog box, does not show me the ones. I manually went through each to check if the sort has caused them to no show up but none found

That sounds like a bug to me. You should work with your VAR to open a case to look into that.
