1. Create a Laserfiche Support Site account
   1. Visit the **Laserfiche Support Site Account Registration** page
   2. Enter the requested information and click Submit
2. Activate your Aspire account:
   1. Navigate to the **Aspire Account Activation** page
   2. Enter the email used to create your Support Site account; click Submit
   3. You will be directed to the Create Your Aspire account page
   4. Click Create My Aspire Account
