Session Limit 9030 after LF12 Upgrade

asked on July 18

We did an upgrade to Laserfiche 12 a week ago.  Now when logging into the client using Windows Authentication we are getting session limit error.  I can't have the Admin Console open on a repository and connect using the client.  Or if 2 copies of the client are running we get this...

Sign in using: Directory Server allows us to get in without the warning but that option isn't available from the Admin Console.  Any idea why this would start happening?

Are you logging in as "admin" or a user who was not assigned a named user license but has Manage Trustees privileges? If so, this is expected behavior. The repository will allow 2 concurrent "administrative connections", regardless of the user.

I have seen this happen when upgrading to version 12 when the license file for the Laserfiche Server was not created correctly. If you open the Admin Console and click on the server's name, does it show the correct license information?

The license does appear correct in the Admin Console.
