Missing "Change DBMS Connection..." Option

We recently upgraded to Laserfiche 12.  We have 2 Laserfiche Repository Servers.  In the Admin Console, I can see the "Change DBMS Connection..." option on the repository on one of the servers but not on the other.  I can't figure out what's causing the option to not show.  Any ideas?

Is your account a System Manager on the server that is missing the info?

Thanks Craig.  I feel foolish. I thought that I checked permissions everywhere.  I had to add my account to the Local Administrators group on the server and now it shows the option.
