WebLink Search "No Results Found" on Initial Search

When logging into WebLink and attempting to search from the "browse" area, searches do not produce results on the first attempt, but do on the second. The attached video will show you exactly what I mean. This happens for searches being made both by internal users and external users.

Hi Blake.  Laserfiche WebLink Version: 11.0.2307.136

I would recommend updating to the latest version which is 11.0.2506.19 (11 update 4).

What version are you on presently and are you experiencing this?  We updated to: Laserfiche WebLink Version: 11.0.2506.19 today and it did not resolve this issue.

So there is a bug with WebLink searches on this version? We are upgrading everything to V12 next month, if so that should resolve it. Thanks!

There is no WebLink 12 yet. See https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014439/weblink-11-updates for the list of patches.

Just fyi - We updated to the most recent version of WebLink today and the issue persists.
