WebLink experiencing Error HTTP 503

asked one day ago Show version history

Over the weekend, our WebLink portal experienced an event that caused error HTTP 503. We had to reset the Web Link Application Pool to bring back the portal online, but we haven't been able to identify the root cause of the issue. I would appreciate some guidance or help on how to eliminate this issue from happening. Below is the event details:

Which version of WebLink do you use? Similiar error (#337466) was reported on WebLink 10 when scrolling a long listing, and the fix was included in WebLink 11.

We had the same problem back in February 2025. It was recommended for us to upgrade WebLink and LFDS to version 11 and we did this. The solution was successful, the problem was eliminated, but now it is occurring again. I would appreciate any guidance on this issue. Thank you.

This error was different from the previous one, and it usually happened when user leaved the page inactive for long and the session was disconnected, but the user tried to load more data on the page.

If you can reproduce the issue, please open a support ticket and provide reproduce steps. If the error was only observed in event log, you may leave it there.
