Custom Reports - who has access?

Is there a way to generate a list/report of who has access to which Custom Reports?

The access user defined on report can be found in database [cf_view_security] table. Besides that, business manager and process admin can access custom reports in the process, and the definition is in database [cf_users_in_role] table.
