Hello Laserfiche Community,
We recently encountered an issue with Laserfiche scanning functionality after our laptops/desktops automatically updated to the latest version of Windows (24H2, OS Build 26100). The HP ScanJet Pro 3000 series scanners (S3 & S4) are no longer functioning properly with the Laserfiche scanning interface.
As a temporary fix, we reverted the Windows version back to 23H2 (OS Build 22631), which resolved the issue. However, we are looking for a more permanent or official solution that would allow us to use the scanners with the latest Windows update.
