We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Overview of the Administration Hub in Laserfiche 12. This eLearning course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

 

Course Description: 

This course will guide users through the main features of the Administration Hub while highlighting the value of each feature and providing real-world examples. This course is based on Laserfiche 12.

 

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Summarize each section of the Administration Hub and recognize the benefits to you 
  • Identify where to find detailed server information to keep your system up-to-date and running 
  • Describe your system and how Laserfiche servers and components are connected 
  • Identify tools to aid with troubleshooting errors and coordinating with support engineers
