asked two days ago

Today a user was trying to complete a Laserfiche Form by filling out some fields, uploading a file and submitting the form for approval. The form has been working for long time without issues, but suddenly today we started getting the error LFF4101-FailedtoUploadFile, which prevented the users from submitting the form.  Upon checking in the events logs I found the following error [LFF502-UnexpectedError], with the below details:

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Wissam

I would suggest checking on the available disk space on your SQL server.  There are also settings that can cause this error but it is most commonly drive space related.  See this link for some specific steps you can take to determine if its an SQL setting issue or a space issue.  Additionally, if it does turn out to be an available storage issue on your SQL server, you may want to inquire if your IT can setup some monitoring to prevent this from occurring in the future.
