Hello,

We have a very large forms database size. We see that worker_instance_history_extended_data table is the largest size. Any thoughts on reducing this table size please? What is stored in this table?

Do you have Forms processes that allow end users to attach files?
1. Yes - Look at using Forms Volumes
Do you need to keep instance data forever?
1. No - Look at enabling data maintenance to remove instance data after X number of days.
Do you need to keep instance statistics forever?
1. No - Look at enabling data maintenance to remove instance statistics after X number of days.
Do you need to keep uploaded files forever?
1. No - Look at enabling data maintenance to remove uploaded files after X number of days.
