Greetings, Everyone!

 

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this in Workflow. The DocuSign credential manager is popping up blank, but this didn't happen in version 11, update 4. Any help is appreciated. 

 

Notes:

I reinstalled the CDI workflow integration as we have had issues with corrupt program files before.
