New Form Designer - Query Based on Row Selected and Limit Selection to 1 Row

I have a list of courses that are generated by a lookup query that I want to get the course roster for the selected course that the instructor will select.

I need to capture the CRN for the selected row plus the Term Code (found in a field outside the table) to perform the next query.

I also need to make sure that the instructor can only check ONE select box on the right - so it should act like a Radio button.

I would create a separate field where value = "True" when two+ of the checkboxes are selected, then use a rule to disable the submit button and show a warning that only one may be selected when that field = "True"
