Content Generation user

We have a Cloud client and a  workflow that notifies us of changes made to that are folders we consider closed for processing.  As part of the initial investigation we are finding they were modified by Content Generation user. This started last night 6/18 and continues to happen today.  

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I believe this is the user that is used for the AI features of Laserfiche Cloud.

Thanks. That was what we were thinking as well.

No one else was in the repository to run any AI features. That was our concern.

Audit Trail said the modifications were the text (expect OCR text) and Location. There are no locations associated with the documents.

"Content Generation" is the background OCR service setting text pages. Metadata updates from Smart Fields will indicate "Smart Fields" as the "user" who modified the document.
