When requesting a signature with Docusign we are always told that either one or both our Username and Password are invalid.

On the page where we enter our password, it asks for the App Password instead of the User Password. So we are using the app password instead of the password we use to login to docusign.com

If I enter an incorrect password into the app password field I can verify that the server responds with a confirmation that my credentials are incorrect.

When I enter the valid password I get the green checkbox letting me know everything is OK

However after validating the password field becomes empty each time. It should show some * characters to indicate that the password has been saved, yet it keeps clearing the box out.

There is no other password field on any app in the world that remains blank after it is populated and saved. It should always have stars to show it contains a value.

I think the system is trying to use a blank password when actually sending out a document for signature. Otherwise there is no way we could get an invalid username or password error with a username and password that validated correctly.
