When configuring SCIM, the following warning appears:

"Saving changes to SCIM settings can reassign licenses for all existing users affected by the licensing rules."

Could you clarify whether this impact is limited only to SAML identities, or would it also affect Windows accounts provisioned through Active Directory?

Tested this in my demo environments and it only applied to the accounts created under specific SAML identity that SCIM has been enabled for.
