Laserfiche Cloud Capture profile works in test but not when called in workflow.

I created a Capture profile in Cloud, and it works when I test it in the Capture Profile, however when I run a workflow that is running the Capture profile it doesn't work.

Does the document you're running the Capture Profile against have pages generated?

In particular, PDFs can be used as sample documents in the Capture Profile Designer (it generates pages for them), but at runtime, they need to have the pages already generated (e.g., during import or via reprocessing with Quick Fields).

Hello Jacob,

These documents were scanned in, they are not pdf's. They do not have an electronic file component, Pages are already generated.
