So far we have had success in updating a couple of Laserfiche 12 upgrades for Client (getting ready to upgrade a few hundred more in a couple of weeks). We have just encountered an issue, however, where Laserfiche Snapshot is not an option as a 'printer'. We tried to go back into our Client 12 package and select 'Laserfiche Snapshot' as an option to install, but it gave us a 115 page error message (which we have attached for your viewing pleasure). We have not tried to uninstall and reinstall yet, but that is our next option. This employee needed her computer back at the moment.
Do you have any idea why this happened, and how we can resolve this issue?
