Hello....
I am using the Laserfiche archiving system and currently have 10 repositories with a total size of approximately 15 terabytes. I would like to merge all these repositories into a new single repository.

All the files are located on the same server.

However, when I use the following methods, the process is extremely slow:

Method 1:
Using Briefcase to export the folders in LFB format and then import them into the new repository. This method is very slow.

Method 2:
Manually copying the folders and pasting them into the new repository. This method is also very slow.

Is there a faster way to complete the migration within one week?

I have tested the process using both the desktop application and the web application

there is away to do it by the database to change path for folder ??

thanks

You can export the volumes from each repository and then import them into the new repository.

When you Export a volume, it will create xml documents that will contain the metadata for the documents in the volume and then when you import the volume, it will bring in the documents with their metadata.
