If a user has educational license they can be given access to reports to see data and not able to reassign tasks and such? Do they have to be added as business manager in the process?

Educational licenses do not have access to reports in forms.  You can create a report and email the results to them which can also be set on a schedule, but they cannot access the area.  They also can't be set as Business Managers, only Full User Licenses have this ability.

Thanks. So, if we assign them full licenses, can they access reports if we provide a direct link? or they also need to be added as business managers in the process?

If you assign any right (submitter, process admin, business manager) to them in the Access Rights for the form, they can go to Reports and view the Insights and create custom reports as long as they have the Full User License.

In Forms a Participant/Community/Educational licensed user has read-only repository access and can submit forms in Forms processes. They can authenticate with LDAP, SSO, or a Laserfiche username and password. They can access Laserfiche using the desktop client, web client, and mobile app. They can also be audited.

Within the applications they can View Documents, Run Searches, Submit Forms, and Complete Forms tasks.

They cannot Move/Create Documents, Edit Metadata, Scan, View Shared Report Snapshots, Create/Manage Forms, Processes, and Reports.
