Wondering if there is a global setting to turn off Smart Chat for all users?

You can control the AI features from the Repository Administration section. Look for General and expand the "Advanced" section. It will look something like this:

We tried unchecking [Enable AI Features] and Smart chat vanished from the Repository window but not the Repo Admin window . Is there a way to remove Smart Chat from the Repo Admin window pls? Tnx.

There is currently no way to remove it from the repository administration and Process Automation. For these pages, it only searches the Laserfiche educational resources, no content belonging to the customer is accessed.
