Turning on the Docusign Integration option in Web Client did not enable the Docusign Account section

Based on this documentation, after enabling the integration, it should add a section to all user accounts in the repository to configure their docusign user.

We flipped the switch and filled out our docusign information

But when visiting the advanced page of our user accounts it did not add the Docusign Account section

Chad,

Make sure the repository license shows DocuSign as well in the license file. It should also show up in LFDS under features.

I checked this area and they do not have docusign here or in the license file. However on order.laserfiche.com it was added to their licensing as of May 14th

The current products however does not have it listed

We re-activated after purchase on May 23rd with the activation tool and the other products they recently purchased besides the docusign integration did come over and show in the administration console so the activation appears to have worked.

We always correct the incorrect license file location activation tool recommends from Desktop to /Program Files/Laserfiche/Server

Chad, if the server license doesn't show DocuSign, that would be why it doesn't show up on the config page. As to why it's not in the license if you activated after May 14, I would take that up with Tech Support and the order desk.
