Just-in-Time Provisioning - Licenses

asked on June 2

We have setup Just-in-Time Provisioning within our Laserfiche cloud instance.  While it works well, where we are running into an issue, is if a user is set to license type "None" due to inactivity, etc.  Just-in-Time Provisioning does not assign a license to them when they are added back to a license group.  It appears that this has to be done manually.  Is there any way to automate this process?

Example Situation.

1.  New user is added to federated group for JIT
2.  New user logs in, and Laserfiche account is created and licensing is assigned.
3.  The user's license is set to "None" for various reasons
4.  At a later date, user is added back to a JIT group
5.  When the user logs in, they are informed that they "do not have sufficient rights to view this page" due to no license.
6.  Admin has to log in and manually add a license back to the user or her account has to be completely deleted.  (Deleting the account is not a great option for auditing purposes.)

Hi Chris,

JIT license assignment occurs only during the initial user creation at first login. Subsequent logins do not trigger license reassignment.

Francis Gu, Thank you for your response. I do realize that this isn't something that occurs during JIT provisioning.  It there another way to accomplish what I am looking for?
