Can I make one of multiple fields required in a template?

I have a template that I need to require a unique person identifier. We have three possible unique identifiers: social security number, and two institution assigned ID numbers. A person may only have one of these unique identifiers. Is there a way I can make one of the three fields a required field?

Hi Kara,

You can use the rules in the template, basically you should set each of the fields require when the other two are empty, so there will be 3 rules.

Im attaching a image of how the rules will look like, so the user basically will se the 3 fields requiered but if they fill one, the other two will change automatically to not requiered.
