Hello everyone,

We primarily support cloud-based customers and are exploring ways to automate reporting on specific repository metrics, without needing to log in as the "SupportUser" for each tenant.

Specifically, we’re looking for an automated way to track repository growth over time. Ideally, we want to collect either or both:

• Total repository size (e.g., in GB), or
• Total document count in the repository

We’d like to run this on a weekly or monthly basis to observe growth trends across our customer base.

Has anyone implemented a solution for this kind of passive reporting in a multi-tenant cloud environment?

In addition, we’re looking to track business process usage over time. Similar to repository growth, we want to automate a report (weekly or monthly) that shows:

• Each business process name
• The number of times it was launched during the period

We're open to hearing about any approaches, scripts, API calls, Laserfiche SDK.
