New workflow 12 activity - Assign User License in Laserfiche Directory

I'm setting up a workflow using the new activities in LF 12 to create a Laserfiche Directory User and Assign User License in Laserfiche Directory.  When I click the dropdown to assign a license, I get an Access Denied [18] error.

Which credentials does this activity use?  What configuration needs to occur in LFDS to work?  I checked the LF12 documentation and there's not anything called out on how to get this activity configured.

Hi Craig,

 

Please add 'View site' permission in LFDS site for the user that is configured for LFDS trustee. Navigate to LFDS site, and go to settings page -> Security, add the user with 'View site' permission.

@████████ I was able to complete the workflow by adding the Workflow service account to the Laserfiche Directory Service Administrators local group on the LFDS server.

The instructions here say to add the Workflow service account to the Local Administrators group of the LFDS server (which appears to be incorrect).
