Using Laserfiche WebLink Version: 10.2.0.264, when we download a pdf, the progress bar shows through 100% then no download.

I have the same issue if I "Print as a PDF" with one exception. If I break down the pages to print (ex. 1-25, 26-50, etc.), it is successful.

We recycled the app pool with no change.

Downloading from your link works for me after allowing pop-up dialog:

Can you double check if there is a "pop-up blocked" warning on your address bar after the progress bar went through 100%?

I tried downloading pdf and printing as pdf on WebLink 10.2.0.264 and it worked as expected.

What was the exception details you got when print?

We missed the pop-up blocker altogether.
