Hello, I am working with a workflow that is supposed to grab documents that have been scanned into a folder, OCR the document, assign the field values, rename the document, and then move the document. I have attached a screenshot of the workflow. I worked with the user who created this workflow, but I feel like 'Retrieve Field Values' should be second and 'Retrieve Document Text' should be first. Am I incorrect thinking that? In the 'Activity Description' for 'Retrieve Field Values' the text says, 'Retrieves template FIN-AP process'. It looks like this step is pulling the template fields. I am unsure. I appreciate any help that's provided!
